I have to say - I think it's good you're getting rid of him. He's already taken advantage of your kindness. I have a two-bedroom, and it's nice to have the space to myself. Good luck! He can go take advantage of someone else.
The thing that pissed me off most was the fact that he ate like a pig - a whole tub of icecream, 6 donuts, half a block of cheese in one seating etc. and he wasn't buying most of it, which was pissing me off even more. I'm glad to get rid. The only men allowed in my flat from now are those in employment.
